About Me
18 Feb 2021, Slovenia
Hi! Thanks for taking interest in the man behind 21writers.
Most about pages today are just second landing pages. I don’t wanna do that. I want you to get to know me and see if we would get along.
I’m afraid I can’t write my life story right now. Although I would love to tell you about my time studying physics and how I got over my anxiety disorder and chronic fatigue syndrome. Not to mention the whole journey of the entrepreneur-writer! Ayyy… All of that for another time.
So in bullets, here’s me.
My Personality
INTJ Architect by Briggs-Myers test. (Same as Tim Ferris, Derek Sivers, and …Elon Musk.)
95%+ match with Five, Eight, and One on the Enneagram test.
(These pages give a better description of me than I ever could.)
My Heroes & Mentors
Here are ten people that had significantly influenced my life. I included which values they helped me cultivate.
Cal Newport – Focus & Craftsmanship
Alex Becker – Minimalism
Sam Ovens – Sacrifice
David Goggins – Discipline
Jocko Willink – Responsibility
Jordan Peterson – Honesty
Naval Ravikant – Entrepreneurship
Wim Hof – Discomfort
Tim Ferris – Curiosity
Elliot Hulse – Authenticity
My Interests
My obsessions are writing, stoicism, and biohacking. These are all you need to live a very good life.
But I’m also interested in UI/UX design, video game design, powerlifting, yoga, beatboxing, strategy games, meditation, microeconomics, persuasion, game theory, and psychology.
My Biggest Enemy
Everything that steals my focus.
Like alcohol, TV series, and social media.
Social media is great for people who want to stay on top of things. I don’t. I want to stay at the bottom of things. Delving into the unknown. That requires unbroken concentration and makes life meaningful for me. I’m not willing to give that up.
My Dream
To be honest, I already am living the dream.
I wake up at 8:30 every day without alarm. I eat a big breakfast, read some non-fiction, and do my yoga routine. Then I work deeply, without distractions, for the next 5 hours. During this time I write or craft strategies for me or clients in my comfortable home office. At around 4 pm I check email if there’s anything new. I finish my work at 6 pm and go for a one-hour run, boxing session, or whatever feels right that day. When I’m done I read books or listen to podcasts until 10 pm. I go to bed an hour later.
I take weekends off. I hang out with my girlfriend and visit my best friend. Sunday is cheat day. I enjoy that. On Sunday eve I play some strategy games. (My favorites are Stellaris and StarCraft2.) Then I start over.
Dream. Life.
(It might be better if I lived in Puerto Rico, Dorado. Maybe. But unlikely.)
